BEDROOMS
– Three master bedrooms, each equipped with air-conditioners for your utmost comfort. The villa features a versatile dining room, convertible into an additional bedroom if needed, along with a spacious living room to unwind.
The bedrooms are adorned with double beds, and extra mattresses can be provided upon request, accommodating a maximum of 15 people. Fresh linen and pillow covers are thoughtfully provided in all rooms.
BATHROOMS
– A common washroom caters to the convenience of all guests.
-The villa ensures a seamless experience with a 24/7 hot water supply in all bathrooms and essential toiletries like shampoo, soap, and towels are provided.
COMMON AREAS

HOUSE RULES
– Check-in time:- 01.00 pm
-Check-out time:-11.00 am
– A refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000/- will be collected at the time of check-in. This amount is refundable at the time of checkout.
– Late check-out will lead to a reduction in the deposit amount.
– All guests must carry a valid ID proof
– No pool usage after 10 pm
– No loud music after 10 pm.
– Kids must always be accompanied by adults in the pool. They must be supervised in and around
the swimming pool by the adults.
– No Wild/Rave parties allowed.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
– Footwear is not allowed inside the villa.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Guests have access to the entire villa inside & outside. (except society area)
